I am a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation and former Culinary Instructor at O.C.C.I. in Coos Bay, Oregon. Valerie owned her own Bakery in Ashland,Oregon and is considered one of the best Pastry Chefs in the Northwest.
